The Interfraterinty council values share governance and peer accountability. IFC has its own Judicial Board made up for Vice President of Judicial Affairs and appointed Judicial Board members through an application process. The IFC Judicial Board roles is to determine disputes and violations IFC bylaws, IFC recruitment rules and other adapted policies of IFC member fraternities. Additionally, judicial board is advised by the Fraternity and Sorority Life Office ensuring fair treatment and follow through of reports and sanctions.

Partnership with Committee of Student Organizations
The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life works in partnership with Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards (OSCCS) to ensure that all chapters are held to university standards and RSO policies. OSCCS advises Committee of Student Organization (CSO) that reviews reports and potential violations and determine necessary sanctions when a student organization/fraternity is found at fault. IFC President, VP Judicial Affairs and VP Risk Management meet with OSCCS staff regular maintaining a relationship to support community accountability, safety and fairness of IFC chapters. The chapters listed below not currently in good standing due to Committee on Student Organizations sanctions or IFC Council.
